Returns

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, our return policy is valid for 45 days from the date of purchase. If more than 45 days have passed, we unfortunately can’t offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, in new condition, and in the original packaging.

• Items that have been opened, used, or are not in a resellable condition may incur a 15% restocking fee.

If the return is due to an error on our part, we’ll cover shipping both ways. In all other cases, the original shipping fee is non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

• Firearms

• Suppressors

• Ammunition

• Any federally regulated or serialized items

Non-Returnable Items

To initiate a return, simply email us at info@rocketcityordnance.com with your order number and proof of purchase.

Please do not send your item back to the manufacturer.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an email confirmation. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to post.

Partial Refunds & Restocking Fees

In some cases, only partial refunds may be issued. A 15% restocking fee may apply if:

• Items are not in their original packaging

• Items show signs of use, damage, or are missing parts not due to our error

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

1. Double-check your bank or credit card account

2. Contact your credit card provider—it may take time to officially post

3. If needed, check with your bank

Sale Items

Please note that sale items are final and not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges

Gifts

If you received the item as a gift and it was marked as such at the time of purchase, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return. Once the item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was sent to the gift giver first, the refund will go to the original purchaser.

You may begin the process emailing us at info@rocketcityordnance.com with your order number and proof of purchase.
If you return without starting the process, you’ll be responsible for return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

If your return is valued at over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we’ll receive your returned item.

“IF YOU PURCHASE A FIREARM, FEDERAL LAW REQUIRES US TO SHIP IT TO AN FFL (FEDERAL FIREARMS LICENSEE) IN YOUR STATE OF RESIDENCE. PLEASE SEND US AN EMAIL TO: SALES@ROCKETCITYORDNANCE.COM WITH YOUR ORDER # AND THE NAME AND NUMBER/EMAIL OF THE FFL YOU WOULD LIKE US TO SHIP YOUR FIREARM TO. WE WILL CONTACT THEM AND ARRANGE SHIPMENT. ONCE IT ARRIVES THEY WILL CONTACT YOU SO YOU CAN PICK IT UP. TRACKING INFORMATION WILL BE SENT TO YOU SO YOU WILL KNOW WHERE IT IS AT ALL TIMES. INSTRUCTIONS WILL ALSO BE SENT TO YOU VIA EMAIL IMMEDIATELY AFTER PLACING YOUR ORDER.”

Your firearm will ship within 3 business days of us receiving the information for the FFL that you want the firearm shipped to.

Suppressors, SBRs, and other Federally Regulated Items

In compliance with the National Firearms Act (NFA) and ATF regulations all NFA items purchased must be submitted for approval from the ATF. You card will be pre authorized at the time of purchase. Once the ATF form 4 (or ATF form 3 where applicable) is approved, you will be able to either pick up your item or it will be shipped to an FFL/SOT of your choosing.
